CA Cylinder Details

Rear mounting is often required when the cylinder has to stay fixed from the back side while the rod moves forward with load. In such cases, simple fixing doesn’t give proper support. Cosmic Airmatics is manufacturing and supplying CA Cylinder mounting in Ahmedabad for applications where stable rear-end connection is needed.

CA Cylinder mounting is generally used to fix the cylinder body from the rear cap, allowing the front side to stay free for movement. It works well in setups where pushing or pulling action is involved and alignment needs to remain controlled. This type of mounting is commonly used in automation machines, fabrication units, and general industrial equipment.

In many cases, users fix the cylinder from any available surface without checking load direction. That creates stress on the body and affects performance over time. Rear mounting like CA Cylinder gives better support, but only when the size and fitment match properly. If the mounting is not aligned, side load increases and the cylinder starts wearing unevenly.

Then there’s the matter of installation strength. Loose fixing or uneven surface creates vibration during operation. That reduces both mounting life and cylinder performance. We keep dimensional accuracy and fitting quality in control so installation remains stable under working conditions.

We are supplying CA Cylinder mounting in Ahmedabad, across Gujarat, and to different industries in India where proper rear support is required for smooth cylinder operation.

If your system needs back-side mounting or you are facing instability in current setup, you can share your requirement with us. We will check and suggest suitable CA Cylinder mounting options that hold properly and support steady working.
