We supply actuator options based on ISO 5211 standards, along with electric actuators for ON/OFF operation. For more controlled systems, we provide electro-pneumatic positioners in both linear and rotary types. Limit switches with two-position indication are also available for feedback. These products are used where valve position needs to be monitored and adjusted during operation.

In many cases, users install an actuator and expect smooth control without checking load conditions or air supply. That approach creates issues. If torque requirement is not matched properly, the actuator struggles or stops midway. Then there’s the matter of position feedback. Without a proper positioner, accuracy becomes inconsistent, especially in process-based applications.

We try to keep selection practical. Actuator size, pressure range, and cycle frequency must match the actual job. A bigger unit is not always better. Wrong selection increases air consumption and reduces system efficiency. Same goes for positioners. Calibration and response time should suit the process, otherwise control becomes unstable.
