Movement control doesn’t end at opening or closing a valve. In many setups, position accuracy matters just as much as movement. Cosmic Airmatics is manufacturing and supplying Actuator & Positioner in Ahmedabad for applications where controlled rotation or linear positioning is required.
We supply actuator options based on ISO 5211 standards, along with electric actuators for ON/OFF operation. For more controlled systems, we provide electro-pneumatic positioners in both linear and rotary types. Limit switches with two-position indication are also available for feedback. These products are used where valve position needs to be monitored and adjusted during operation.
In many cases, users install an actuator and expect smooth control without checking load conditions or air supply. That approach creates issues. If torque requirement is not matched properly, the actuator struggles or stops midway. Then there’s the matter of position feedback. Without a proper positioner, accuracy becomes inconsistent, especially in process-based applications.
We try to keep selection practical. Actuator size, pressure range, and cycle frequency must match the actual job. A bigger unit is not always better. Wrong selection increases air consumption and reduces system efficiency. Same goes for positioners. Calibration and response time should suit the process, otherwise control becomes unstable.
We are supplying actuator & positioner units in Ahmedabad, across Gujarat, and to different industries in India where automation and valve control are part of daily operation. These include process plants, packaging lines, and general manufacturing units.
If your system is facing uneven movement, inaccurate positioning, or repeated actuator issues, it’s better to review the setup once. You can share your requirement or application details with us. We will check and suggest suitable actuator & positioner options that work properly in your operating conditions.
